Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the online store.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CET/CEST.
The standard order processing time is approximately 2–5 business days from:
- confirmation of the order, or
- receipt of payment in the case of prepaid orders.
If additional delays occur due to product availability or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed without undue delay.
4. Shipping Methods
Orders may be delivered via:
- courier services,
- postal operators,
- parcel delivery services available during checkout.
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country and order value.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The seller may occasionally offer free shipping promotions under separately announced conditions.
6. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines unless expressly stated otherwise.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by:
- courier or postal operators,
- customs clearance procedures,
- force majeure events,
- incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Receipt of Goods and Damaged Parcels
Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized recipient should inspect the parcel for visible transport damage.
If the package or product appears damaged:
- the customer should, where possible, prepare a damage report with the carrier at the time of delivery,
- photographic evidence is recommended,
- the seller should be contacted without undue delay.
Failure to prepare a damage report does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Polish and EU law but may facilitate the complaint procedure.
Risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, in accordance with Article 548 § 3 of the Polish Civil Code and applicable EU consumer law.
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
- additional shipping costs may be charged for re-delivery,
- the seller may deduct actual return shipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel without exercising the statutory right of withdrawal:
- the seller may charge the direct costs of return shipment where permitted under applicable law.
This provision does not limit the consumer’s legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU and Polish consumer protection regulations.
